This Refund & Return Policy applies only to orders placed within India.

We request all customers to read this policy carefully before placing an order to avoid any misunderstandings later.

🔁 Return Request Period

If you wish to request a return, you must raise a complaint within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Any return or refund request made after this time period may not be accepted.

📦 Damaged Product

If you receive a damaged product, it is mandatory to provide a clear unboxing video showing:

  • The sealed package

  • The opening process

  • The damaged product

This video is required to verify the claim. Without an unboxing video, return or refund requests may be rejected.

❌ Missing Items

If any item is missing from your order:

  • Please share an unboxing video showing all received items

  • Inform us within 48 hours of delivery

After verification, if the missing item cannot be re-shipped, a refund for the missing item will be processed.

🔄 Exchange for Wrong Product Ordered

If you ordered the wrong product and want an exchange:

  • Return shipping cost will be borne by the customer

  • Replacement shipping cost will also be borne by the customer

As Mechkart operates as a wholesale platform, we do not provide free exchanges for customer ordering mistakes.

🖨️ Custom / Printed Products Policy

a) Order Cancellation

Orders placed for custom-printed or customized products cannot be canceled once confirmed, due to production and customization costs.

b) Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is undeliverable due to courier issues:

  • We may resend the shipment via an alternate courier

  • No return or refund will be provided for custom-printed products under any circumstances

c) Courier Delay

If delivery is delayed beyond the normal timeframe due to courier issues:

  • We will coordinate with the courier on a case-by-case basis

  • Customers are advised to track orders regularly

  • Contact us if there are no tracking updates for 15 days after dispatch

✅ Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

a) Damaged or Defective Products

Refund will be processed only after verification using the unboxing video.

b) Missing Items

If the missing item cannot be shipped again, a refund for that specific item will be issued.

📦 Product Condition Requirement

To qualify for a return or refund:

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged

  • Product must be returned in original packaging

  • All accessories, tags, labels, invoice, and receipt must be included

  • The product should not be damaged while in customer possession

🚚 Return Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping cost is borne by the customer

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item), we will cover return shipping

We strongly recommend using a trackable and reliable courier service for returns.

🚫 Rejection / Denial of Parcel Policy

If a customer refuses or rejects delivery after dispatch, the following deductions will apply before refund:

  • Shipping Charges: 2× original shipping cost (forward + return)

  • Packing Charges: 10% of the product value

The remaining amount, if any, will be refunded.

💰 Refund Process

  • Once the returned product reaches our warehouse and is inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days

  • Refunds are initiated only ater the product is received at our warehouse

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Products are usually delivered within 7 days, depending on location
    Refunds are processed only after confirming:

    1. Product was not damaged by the customer

    2. Product matches what was originally shipped

    3. Product is returned in original condition

    4. Valid unboxing video is provided

If the product received does not match the website description or expectations, please inform customer support within 24 hours of delivery.
